Have one computer that is configured with a certain set of policies and settings from corporate. I need to compare that computer with one of ours to quickly identify security settings that may present usability issues. Thanks in advance for your help.

What I am looking for is only the differences between the two. RSOP also does not look into the registry.

RSOP (Resultant Set Of Policy) tool in Windows Server 2003 does exactly that. You can put the tool set on an XP machine and do the comparison.
