Microsoft Kill utility has encountered a problem and has to shut down?

I keep getting this on start up. Microsoft kill utility has encountered a problem and has to shut down. It went away for a long time after I loaded a real windows system on my pc, but it came back after 2 months. It is not registry problems cause every thing on here is just a couple months old so don’t try getting me to buy a registry cleaner. I did a search all folders hidden and not and it doesn’t find any thing named kill utility. Any ideas.

Microsoft has no utility with the word "kill" in it! Its obviously a virus…you have picked up from going to a particular site more than once!…I’d get a good anti virus and anti malware…and yes… get CCleaner while you at it! I might not help..but it couldn’t hurt!
