What is malware called that interferes with your ability to write an email and how do I defend against it?

It apparently is not a virus, because virus protection programs do not detect it. It is not listed in a registry scan. It might be in temp files or something to do with temp files, because when I clean my disk, the situation normally goes away.

1. Download and run firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through firefox

Stinger is a stand-alone utility used to detect and remove specific viruses

5. Get the clean up tools to clean up the spyware from your temp folder (the place they are stored when downloaded by internet explorer)

WHAT DO YOU DO IF EVERYTHING FAILS TO REMOVE THE SPYWARE or You are not sure your computer is spyware and virus free?

    Are you using Yahoo. Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. I was advised to uninstall Javascript and then reinstall the latest version. This worked for me. If it does not for you then apparently it’s only in the all new version.
