SONY FW Series keyboard repair -reg?

I have this new and about a year old SONY VAIO FW Series Model# FW351J with Windows Vista Home Professional pre-installed . I need to resolve 2 issues: (1) The procedure to RESET the login password for the aforesaid Operating System as I have forgotten the same.(2) About 6 keys with the fitting mechanism intact gotten released, the official Service center has charged 4100/ + Service Charges + VAT towards new Keypad replacement. [the model has keys similar/styled like that of a MacBook], I have 80% notion that it can be fixed. Can suggestions/ recommendations or alternatives that I could pursue to make the service cheaper or even D-I-Y.

1). If u have original OS CD/DVD, u can boot using DVD and try recovery or reinstall. it will reset the admin password.
check net for articles for – recover admin password using OS DVD.

2). try fevi-quick for 1 or 2 keys…
