What is currently the best Registry Cleaner in the year of our lord 2012?
Im reading mixed reviews on "Free Window Repair Registry" it seems people either hate it, or love it.
I also see that people recommend,
Regcure
CCleaner
Eusing FRC
So what do you recommend as the best way to clean the registry?
CCleaner has worked wonders for me for years. I especially use the reg cleaner to get rid of traces of files i have uninstalled. It works great also when i want to restart a trial of a program that i have uninstalled previously. I don’t trust any other program to do that for me. It’s too risky to try others also.

I my personal opinion, CCleaner is the best choice.

I don’t use anything except Ccleaner. I have been working with
computers for 19 years and over the years I have found that a lot
of the free or purchased registry cleaners do more harm than good.

The registry does not need cleaning and you are not fixing anything or improving performance by doing so. The best registry cleaner is the one that’s safest and doesn’t eff up your computer. You don’t need to clean the registry but since people can’t accept that fact, then use Ccleaner. It’s probably the safest…meaning it’s not going to delete something it shouldn’t and screw up your computer in the process.
Absolutely avoid regcure, also regclean. Avoid any cleaner that has a paid version and nags you to buy it. These programs just try to scare you into thinking you have have all sorts of problems (which you don’t and if you really did they couldn’t be fixed by a registry cleaner anyway).
