can i get the shipping address of my xbox 360 for repair online?
i registered my 360 for hardware failure repair service.and i received confirmation mails and my order no. online.is it necessary to contact xbox support by phone?can’t i get the shipping address online.how much time does it take after the order placed to receive next email giving the shipping details?
id say calling Microsoft by phone would be the best bet, my xbox just recently broke and my dad called Microsoft and they will send you a box to send in your xbox so you don’t need to pay a thing, not even for shipping, repairs, because xbox just got a new warranty for three years after you purchased it so all free. one bad thing is that you’ll have to wait about a month but HEY, its worth it right good luck!
