Can’t register my xbox properly for repair?
Im trying to register my xbox so that I can send it off for repair, the thing is that I can register the xbox with the serial number ok, its just that I cant get my customer infomation correct so that I can send it for repair, I’m entering all my details right, is there something else I can do to find out what details have been entered??
You will probably have to call. You might try signing into the Xbox website and clicking on your profile, that might have your info saved. 1-800-MYXBOX. Just hit 0, because if you try to go thru the repair menu, it will just tell you to do it online.
