I sent it out last Friday and it got there today and i was just wondering if this happened to anybody else or if i should contact xbox customer support and see what has happened????????????

You have to call them there, and they charge you $100 to fix it if it’s a ‘hardware failure’ (3 red lights).

contact customer support with the repair id number you were given at the end of your phone call, if they say its not in there ask for a manager and give them hell, prob get something free out of it

BTW not sure what "A" is talking about but the RROd is free to fix, you just have to get the box and drop it off

I know. My xbox got damaged recently, and just came back yesterday. I didn’t wait long, thank god.

Yeah that happened to me too. It didn’t register in the Xbox website until 2 days after UPS posted it. Same thing on the way back. They fixed it for free and threw a free 1month xbox live thing
