Is there a way to register or use Sims 2 if you have lost the number?

We had purchased Sims2 and originally installed and registered it on the laptop in our home. The laptop crashed and is away for repair. My daughter wanted to play on our PC. When she set it up on the PC it wanted her to enter the registration number again. Problem is we have lost the case with the number on it. Is there a way to use this game anyway without registration?

What you can do is log onto the EA site (I’ll give links) and your registration codes will be right there, plain as day!

    i dont think there is. i would try and see what sims website to see what they say.

    Try contacting EA (the makers of Sims 2) and email a photo or scan image of the orginal discs. They may email you another key code.
