My 360 has recently died so I am returning it to Microsoft for repair. What do I actually need to return?

I have registered the repair with MS and have a UPS label to attach to the box. I have no idea what it is I actually need to send back. Just the base unit? The power pack as well? The AV cable? Please advise. Many Thanks.

call them and ask

send back everything but be prepared to wait. If you can’t wait and can take a risk get it done by a freelance technician

No, do not send everything, just the console they have everything else there. mine was gone for 9 days, so it’s not that bad.

Edit; they should have told you not to put it in it’s original box

my 360 is now deceseased as well, recently sent mine back.

you just need to send the base unit and ring up UPS and arrange them a pick up time.

don’t put it in the original box
