Is it bad to have more than 2 computer maintenance programs installed at once?

I have TuneUp Utilities 2010 and Uniblue Powersuit 2010 installed on my computer. So is it like having 2 anti virus program where they interfere with each other or is it ok? I just want to keep my computer running as good as possible.
BTW, which one (TuneUp or Uniblue) is better?

Well, not really. If you use both application for tweaking, every tweak you make will be reflected to the other program as they only have one source, the REGISTRY.
