Stabilize the System by Removing Spyware

March 2nd, 2011 No comments

The installation of Spyware on the computer is initiated by visiting a website, downloading a mail, an attachment or just inadvertently clicking on a download you like that brings with it a hidden program such as Spyware. Once this Spyware is installed on your system it begins to go about its malicious business of collecting your personal information and waiting for you to access the Internet so it can mail it to its master. Since

spyware is designed to work in the background, you may never know of its existence until it is too late. This is why it is a good idea to install and run anti Spyware at regular intervals to detect the existence of Spyware as well as to remove it. Then the remnants will have to be removed from the system registry by running registry cleaner software such as Computer Spyware Remover or free Microsoft Spyware Adware remover software.

How Does The Registry Slow Down?

The system registry is constantly recording all the activity of the operating system including the Internet Explorer and the sites that it is accessing. Spyware being the busy program it is, is designed to be not only one that takes up a lot of the processor time by operating in the background but also one that delays the front-end programs and services.

All the activity is recorded in the registry. This makes the registry swell out of proportion. Therefore the system must be constantly scanned for Spyware and it removed using any of the free Spyware Adware Removal tools. Now the registry is constantly being accessed for information by the operating system. Every time the registry is requested for information it starts to scan the entire record for the information. As long as the registry has a few thousand entries, it will fetch the information fairly easily but when the registry grows by thousands of entries, that too useless information, it will slow down to a crawl. When this happens, it is definitely time for action.

Download Registry Cleaner And Anti Spyware

Microsoft Windows Spyware Free Download is one of the Spyware registry cleaner software that can be accessed from the Internet. Yahoo Spyware removal and Kazaa Spyware Remover are the other reliable registry Spyware cleaner software that can do a good job of deleting the Spyware from the registry and making the system run more efficiently. When the redundant information is removed from the registry, the registry has a lot of empty spaces.

This too can slow the system down. Some registry cleaners defragment the registry as well. This is the process of bringing the registry entries closer together by taking up the empty spaces. Using a free Spyware Adware removal utility will greatly improve the operating of the system at the same time stabilizing the operating system.

How to Make Your Computer Working Faster?

February 27th, 2011 10 comments

If you want to have a faster computer and get rid of those sluggish problems and system 32 errors and restarts, you need to fix the registry errors with registry cleaner and keep the registry up to date.

Why do we need a registry cleaner?

A registry cleaner is a program that removes the invalid registry keys like the old entries, fragmented entries, embedded keys, and so on. These registry keys are unnecessary and you can still run the computer, but they will make the system slower and problems crop up frequently with such errors in the registry. By cleaning these keys the software keeps the registry error free and ensuring optimum performance of the computer.

    * You should always download a registry cleaning tool that lets you scan the registry manually as well as comes with schedule scanning feature. It will save your time as well as make the use of the software much easier.

    * The software must have the ability to back up and restore the registry that may be of great help in case there is a problem after the registry modified.

How to get the best free registry cleaner software?

You are never short of choices when it comes to registry cleaner. There are so many websites that are offering registry cleaning tools and some of them are available for free downloading. How to Clean Old Data From the Registry

February 21st, 2011 5 comments

The system registry is an integral part of any windows operating system. It is the central database of the operating system and is constantly referred to in order to efficiently run the computer. As the system is used and programs are added and deleted from the computer the entries are made in the corresponding sections of the registry. The programs and files or shortcuts may be uninstalled or deleted from the system but they remain in the registry. This clutters up the registry, which grows the system down, and need to be removed with special utility tools known as the system registry cleaner software.

Where Can I Find This Registry Cleaner Software?

Registry Cleaner software is abundantly available on the Internet and many of these tools are available for free downloads. The download process does not take more than a few minutes at the most and is even faster to install. The registry cleaner software, such as, windows registry cleaner, PC registry cleaner and hundreds in their creed. The registry cleaner software is very reliable and all have a registry backup program. This backup must be done with all the registry cleaner software that is used no matter if it is a freeware or a premium pack. Anything can go wrong at any time and not only with registry cleaning software.

Since the registry is the backbone of the system it must be maintained in top order. The registry, if damaged or corrupted in any way, may stall a program or even the entire system. It is possible to delve into the registry and clean out the redundant files and folders manually however; even the gurus of the registry never advise this. It is always better to use a utility such as windows PC registry cleaner to clean old data from the registry and compress the registry to make it more efficient.

Search the Internet and find the registry cleaning software that most suits your requirement. All the registry cleaners have some thing in common. This is scanning the registry for old and useless data, repairing the registry by removing the redundant data and compressing the registry and backing up the old registry in case it needs to be reinstalled. The ActiveX controls that downloads bring with them do the most damage. Once the download is uninstalled the entry in the registry remains and needs to be removed with the special registry cleaner software. The use of which will only enhance the performance of the PC.

Slow Running Computer?–speed it Up With Registry Cleaner Software

February 12th, 2011 6 comments

When a Windows computer has been used for some time it tends to slow down, freeze sometimes and occasionally even crash completely. It may take months or years depending on how much you use your machine but it will happen.

Why is this so? The reason is nearly always a corrupt registry which has become bloated with data and useless files. Every time you install or uninstall a program incompletely, fragments of the program will remain in the registry causing it to become choked with data after some time.

The registry is something which all Windows PCs have. It is basically a database of entries which the operating system uses to run the machine. When it becomes bloated with too many fragments of data the operating system has to find its way through all the excess entries to locate the data it needs to run the computer and programs. This causes a very noticeable slow down and balkiness in the operation of the machine.

The only way to correct this problem is to remove all the unwanted data entries from the registry. All windows PCs have a function called Regedit which is intended for just this purpose. You can access Regedit by clicking START-RUN then typing Regedit in the box. When you are ready to start using Regedit you must first back up your registry so that you can restore it if something goes wrong. This is done by clicking FILE then selecting EXPORT. Name the backup file so that you can find it and save to your desktop or elsewhere.

You can now proceed to go through the registry entries and remove any you do not want. When you examine the registry entries you will see that you are faced with a formidable task. Unless you really know what you are doing it will be obvious to you that you need help at this point. Just remove one wrong entry and you can completely disable the computer which we certainly do not want to do.

Fortunately help is readily available in the form of an online registry cleaner application which can do the job quickly and safely. A good registry repair utility will backup your registry then delete all unecessary entries from the registry. This will easily and safely clean the registry in a matter of minutes and return the computer to being the sweet running fast machine it was before the registry became corrupt.

We purchased several of the most popular registry cleaner applications and tested them to see which was best. We found that they vary greatly in ability to detect errors in the registry. The best registry cleaner applications could detect many more wrong entries than some of the others.

Finding the Best Registry Cleaner in a Sea of Copycats, Spyware and Scams

February 2nd, 2011 No comments

It has well known that registry cleaner software can positively affect Windows performance. Although this may be true, there is a trend emerging in registry cleaning software that can make selection of a suitable registry utility a problem. Whether you need registry repair, registry recovery or just registry cleaning for performance improvement, you are going to encounter the same concern when obtaining a registry utility.

Although most of the software on the market will clean or repair your registry, one runs into problems when selecting software based on web site recommendations. Most registry tools offer affiliate programs, meaning the website who recommends the product will make a large percentage of money from the sale. It is very hard to get factual information from an affiliate site. They seem to write glowing reviews about everything. When you do venture to the official website of some of these tools you will find a common trend. That being the lack of a company identified with many of the tools.

There is a large number of registry cleaners that have websites that are nearly identical, with the same testimonials by people with the same names, the same page layout and navigation naming scheme, etc, the same support available – email only. Otherwise they had no company associated with them, no physical contact information, no address, no post box, no city, state or country.

There are 2 possible scenarios that may be behind this. 1 – the people behind the product could be using black hat strategies like installing the utility along with spyware (or allowing affiliates to do this) and don’t want to be identified. 2 – the real company that manufactures the software sells a rebranded version of their software to individuals who then market the software with the new name using the same site layout and testimonials. I wasn’t able to determine which, if either of these is correct but it should remind you to do your research before you buy.

Out of all the registry cleaners researched, there are 3 registry cleaner software packages that stand above the others as unique tools (not rebranded), but only 2 of them appeared to have a real company behind them who offered their physical location and contact information. These two registry cleaners were Registry Mechanic and RegCure.

Even though you will likely have some success cleaning your registry no matter which product you choose, we were alarmed by the lack of human presence behind the majority of software available. If you are looking to increase your Windows performance and repair registry errors with a good registry cleaner software, choose Registry Mechanic or RegCure – you won’t be disappointed by the performance or support of either one. Both have won many awards, and they get my award for being among the only registry tools backed by a real company.

Registry Software Vendors Play Numbers Games

January 1st, 2011 No comments

It is true that some Registry cleaners are truly is more aggressive than others, digging deeper and looking in more places for more kinds of errors.

You may have tried to run a few different registry cleaners and one tool might report 18 errors while another might report 800 errors. The question is, do registry software vendors develop software that is fudges numbers and over-reporting errors to make financial gain.

I decided to investigate further. I ran a test using the Top Ten most popular rated registry cleaners on the market.

The top ten registry cleaners chosen for the test were PcOptimizerPro, Xp Repair Pro, Error Doctor, Registry Fix, Error Nuker, Registry tool kit, Registry Medic, Bug Doctor and Ace Utilities. I installed a fresh copy of windows XP Pro on a computer system. The system was fully up to date with all patches and updates for XP. No Registry-cleaner software had been used on the system, and so no errors or debris should have accumulated in the Registry since the original installation of XP was still there.

I installed and ran one cleaner at a time, with a reboot between each run. I made a note of the number of Registry errors the software found.

I was shocked at the results. Each registry cleaner found ridiculous amounts of errors, some cleaners in excess of 500 errors. You might wonder what was going on: Why should registry-cleaning software’s find errors on a brand new computer system. Are software vendors fudging their numbers? I am a not a software engineer so I am not going to confirm nor deny that accusation. The only thing that I can confirm is that PcOptimizerPro.com was the only program that found no initial registry errors when utilized. Further tests on infected computer systems with PcOptimizerPro proved to me that PcOptimizerPro is a very honest and stable program. PcOptimizerPro is not just a registry cleaner but boosts pc performance also, which is a great-added bonus. I decided to contact PcOptimizerPro directly to confirm the architecture of their software. After numerous discussions with PcOptimizerPro I decided to ask to become a reseller of their product, as I truly believed in the honest policy they implement. Eventually they agreed to allow me to become an affiliate and get a percentage sale of each copy of PcOptimizerPro. The affiliate rates are only 10%, however I am a firm believer in promoting products that I personally see value in. I could have easily signed up for the 70% affiliation schemes the other registry-cleaning vendors are offering but decided to stick with a solid, honest and reliable program “PcOptimizerPro”

In conclusion: I would exercise caution when choosing a registry cleaner, most programs will offer you the Sun, Moon and Stars . PcOptimizerPro offers an honest piece of software that does exactly what it says on the tin or in this case the software box!

I hope you found this article helpful. To try PcOptimizerPro for free click here:
